  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • More than five years of experience working in the Software Testing area.
  • Experience creating Test Plans, Test Designs, Test Cases, Test procedures, Test logs, and Test reports.
  • Experience estimating time of test tasks according the test type and application language.
  • Experience with different levels of Software Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing.

Program Manager

  • More than 5 years of experience managing software development projects, particularly strong in planning, tracking, managing project interdependencies, and managing resources.
  • Able to understand high level software design and architecture, as well as basic technical concepts relative to one or more software platform.
  • Experienced in coordinating time & effort estimation activities along with the technical team.
  • Understanding of software quality processes.  Experience with CMMI and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, would be a plus.
  • Proven project leadership expertise & excellent communication skills.
  • Successful experience in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members.
